1. Oh Rep! does not monitor, moderate or read comments and is not responsible for the content of any comments.
2. Anyone leaving comments is fully liable for their comments so their comments must be truthful and not defamatory in any way. Stick to the facts.
3. When posting comments no identifiable information is displayed so comments are anonymous however a valid email address is required to activate comments and the posters IP address is also stored.
4. IP addresses and email addresses will never be provided except when forced to by a court of law.
5. The use of Oh Rep! is only permitted in those countries where it is legal, it is up to users to determine if this applies to them.
6. Oh Rep! is not connected to any online or offline auction companies.
7. No comments can be reproduced without the consent of Oh Rep!
